Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Videographer based in Dubai who thrives on creativity and is at the cutting edge of videography and social media trends. You will be responsible for producing highquality emotive video content across both paid and organic media channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for storytelling who can capture the essence of Marisa Peers work communicate our brand message effectively and engage audiences around the world.

Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Video Content Creation

Primary Platforms: Facebook Instagram YouTube.

Content Types: VideoAds: Develop engaging ads that capture audience attention and drive conversions.

Video Sales Letters (VSLs): Craft compelling VSLs for targeted marketing campaigns.

Funnel Videos: Collaborate with the marketing team to create videos that guide users through the conversion funnel.

Advertorial Videos: Produce narrativedriven videos that provide value and highlight RTTs impact in mental health.

Conversion Optimised Content: Align video storytelling with strategic messaging to maximise paid media impact and ROI.

2. Organic Video Content Creation

Primary Platforms: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Email.

Content Types:

Social Media Videos: Create diverse engaging content for organic growth including shortform videos stories and reels to engage audiences across platforms.

Innovative New Content Ideas: Bring forwardthinking ideas to amplify Marisa Peers social presence grow our audience and drive brand engagement.

CommunityBuilding Videos: Develop videos that foster a sense of connection and community with the aim of building a loyal following.

BehindtheScenes Footage: Capture authentic relatable moments from events team collaborations and behindthescenes insights to strengthen brand transparency and trust.

3. Strategic Content Planning and Execution

PlatformSpecific Strategies: Collaborate with the social media team to tailor content to the unique requirements of each platform aligning with Marisa Peers brand voice.

Trend Analysis: Stay uptodate with emerging trends in videography and social media especially in the wellness and mental health space ensuring our content is fresh relevant and innovative.

Testing and Optimisation: Work closely with the performance marketing team to test and refine video content for optimal engagement and conversion rates.

4. Production and PostProduction Excellence

HighQuality Production: Handle all aspects of video production from shooting to editing ensuring each video meets worldclass standards.

Advanced Editing Skills: Use cuttingedge editing techniques to produce polished visually striking content.

Sound Design: Apply effective sound design music and audio that enhances the emotive quality of each video.

Graphics and Animation: Incorporate graphics animations and visual effects where necessary to increase video engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven Videography Experience: 3 years in a professional videography role with a portfolio showcasing highquality video work especially in paid and organic social media campaigns.

Mastery of Editing Software: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects or similar software.

Social Media Savvy: Uptodate with social media platforms trends and video formats including shortform reels and stories.

Storytelling and Empathy: Ability to create heartfelt powerful storytelling that resonates with audiences and conveys the impact of RTT.

Organised and DetailOriented: Ability to manage multiple projects timelines and deadlines with a high level of precision.
