Our team comprises over 500 creative individuals from 42 different countries and 4 offices in Vilnius Lithuania.
We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Senior CRO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic implementing strategic improvements and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance our online presence. If you have a strong analytical mind a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and are techsavvy we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
- Analyzing website traffic monetization logic user behavior conversion data and implementing strategic improvements;
- Identifying and executing strategies to enhance user journeys and elevate conversion rates;
- Maintain brand consistency in CRO efforts boosting trust quality and community engagement;
- Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams such as marketing design and development to implement CRO initiatives effectively;
- Conducting A/B tests on various elements of web pages and user flows to optimize performance;
- Providing actionable datadriven insights and recommendations to enhance overall website performance;
- Place a primary focus on data validating insights through metrics numerical analysis and other applicable means;
- Conduct thorough competitor analyses to identify market trends strengths weaknesses and potential opportunities.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in a CRO or similar role;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights;
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies;
- Understanding of UX/UI principles;
- Experienced in effectively communicating with developers;
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Chartbeat Hotjar BigQuery etc);
- Proactive approach to problemsolving consistently searching for and applying new solutions to enhance processes and outcomes;
- Proven capability to guide projects from the beginning to the end showcasing effective planning execution and successful delivery;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill;
- Techsavvy with a strong understanding of the latest digital technologies and trends;
- Fluency in English.

Salary: up to 5785 Euros/gross (Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location.)
Selected candidates will be required to complete a test task.
