Role overview
Were looking for a Social Media Creative with a focus on social media content to join our lively team in Great Portland Street London (and at home) working across several exciting clients.
If you have a great interest in how to make attentiongrabbing social videos and static assets on TikTok Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn this is for you.
You can produce ideas shoot edit and repurpose content. You create static assets that capture attention and design carousels that keep people scrolling.
You create compelling captions and asset text that resonate ensuring content works across multiple platforms. You know how to hook your audience and maintain their engagement throughout.
You understand how and when to use social media trends consumer behaviour and advertising strategies.
As a Social Media Creative at Cubaka you will be:
- Audiencefirst. You like to understand who your content needs to speak to. You know what makes them tick what sort of content they search for what sort of content they want to watch. Youve got experience making content people want to watch and spend time with.
- Creative leadership. Youll be assured of bringing your ideas to life in presentations internally and to clients. Youll also have experience in line management and getting the best from your team.
- Creative Conceptualisation: You collaborate well with clients and our teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences fuelled by insights in collaboration with the strategy team.
- Content Creation: You know how to develop innovative and visually captivating video and static assets for social media (organic and paid).
- Visual Storytelling: You excel at using storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that effectively capture audience attention and engagement.
- Video Production: You have experience producing highquality video content for social media advertising campaigns including scripting shooting editing and postproduction.
- Caption Copywriting: You can write convincing and compelling ad copy that complements visual content and inspires action such as clicks conversions and engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Youre used to collaborating with analytics teams to monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on creative performance data.
You will bring:
- 3 years working in a creative role with a focus on social media content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro).
- Sturdy portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram YouTube and TikTok).
- Experience managing and leading more junior creatives to get the best from them
- Excellent storytelling and conceptualisation skills with experience turning ideas into visually compelling content.
- Latest knowledge of social media trends best practices and advertising formats.
- Experience working collaboratively in a rapid timebound environment while also autonomously juggling several projects.
- Fluent Articulation and presentation experience to express creative concepts and ideas.
