Job Description
At Spellfusion we strive to create captivating indie games by merging the tried and trusted with the innovative and new. Were looking for a concept artist based in NRW Germany and currently enrolled as a university or college student to support our latest project Nether Spirits. While were searching for someone who feels comfortable designing environments in particular all art/design students are welcome to apply.
The internship will last three months or up to six months if its a mandatory internship.
Nether Spirits is a roguelike deckbuilder set in a mystical realm known as The Nether a place where fractured souls fight tooth and nail to reach their goal: a pillar of blue light said to make them whole again.
Tasks
- Bring the mystical world of Nether Spirits to live
- Create gameready 3D assets for environments characters & creatures based on 2D art
Requirements
- You live in North RhineWestphalia (NRW) Germany or are willing to move to NRW for the duration of the internship
- Youre currently enrolled for a bachelors or masters degree
- Youre skilled in creating gameready 3D assets for environments characters and/or creatures (please tell us about your strengths & weaknesses what do you feel most comfortable drawing Where do you have a lot or a lack of experience)
- Youre able to work in a team and incorporate feedback into your design process
- Youre fluent in either German or English
