Job Description
Our client a tier one global lighting manufacturer is seeking a highprofile Senior Western Territory Sales Manager in the Trade (C&I) Channel to oversee a team of district sales executives in addition to key customer relationships and agents.
Responsibilities include overseeing 5 direct reports managing regional business maintaining strong distributor relationships developing sales growth plans managing key accounts and providing forecasts. The role also involves motivating and managing a sales team communicating market trends and resolving personnel issues. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history proven management experience and deep knowledge of the regions channels. A preferred candidate is based in California and will be responsible for CA NV HI and Arizona.
