Curriculum Lead
About the Role:
LT Selection is exclusively recruiting for a Curriculum Lead. This position involves the strategic design and implementation of innovative and engaging curricula for apprenticeship programmes ensuring alignment with industry standards and learner needs. This role does not include team management responsibilities but focuses heavily on enhancing learning potential and ensuring the curricula remain at the cutting edge of industry demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and regularly update curricula for apprenticeships in areas such as Teaching Sports Marketing Business Administration and others.
Innovate instructional methods and develop materials to boost student engagement and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure curriculum relevance.
Lead workshops for staff to promote teaching and curriculum best practices.
Leverage data to refine curriculum strategies and improve learner results.
Develop and integrate digital learning resources to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Attend office three times a week for collaboration and strategic planning.
Contract Details:
Type: Fulltime Permanent
Location: Warwickshire requiring regular office visits
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
