Job Description
- Leading and planning audit engagements from start to finish ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Conducting audits onsite at clients premises developing strong working relationships with clients.
- Reviewing financial statements and identifying any areas of risk or noncompliance.
- Ensuring all audit and accounting standards and regulations are met.
- Preparing and reviewing audit workpapers ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members fostering their growth and skill development.
- Communicating audit findings to clients discussing improvements and providing recommendations.
- Coordinating with managers and partners to ensure seamless project management and high standards of client service.
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and regulatory requirements sharing knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of accountancy practice experience focused in audit.
- Part or full ACCA/ACA qualifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
