The role is responsible for managing the growth of brands across marketplaces and ensuring achievement of targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses. managing the daytoday operations and strategic aspects of our clients key accounts on UAE ecommerce platforms such as Amazon.com and Walmart.com. You will be responsible for remotely overseeing various aspects of the clients ecommerce business including operations marketing presence content inventory and insights. Manage & scale up ecommerce activity revenue improve accounts performance execute digital strategies for increasing the product demand and ensure continuous online growth of Client products under the supervision of the Business head.
Position Ecommerce Account Manager
Location: Andheri East Mumbai
Job role:
Plan & manage strategic busines plan for client for entire year on aspects like product category planning sales forecast product inventory supply forecasting etc.
Responsible for the delivery of the online sales plans and contribute to the regular reforecasting process throughout the year.
Ensure catalogue maintenance relevant product images product communication & A content is up to date on all the platforms.
Develop ecommerce platform wise marketing strategy in line with Brand Marketing/ Business Goals and evaluate the Pre ROIof all the marketing spends.
Effectively plan & develop digital media campaigns to meet marketing & business strategies.
Implement & track the campaigns on regular basis on various digital media channels.
Work with brand team for creative and campaign launches on ecommerce platforms.
Work with supply chain team to ensure stocks are aligned as per sales target and location wise.
Oversee operations of the Amazon.com Walmart Noon and other marketplaces UAE ensuring seamless functioning and adherence to operational standards.
Researching analyzing data and market insights for the category to double down on the winning SKUs.
Manage listing order processing tracking and fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
Building long term brand strategy social D2C international to further drive the Growth
strategic business plan,sales forcast,brnad marketing
