Job Description
- Project feasibility: process description plant layout overall Time Schedule procurement Strategy financial plan
- Project preparation phase: investment analysis basic engineering permitting financing and procurement.
- Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering construction management commissioning management operational management.What is the role About
- Guide and manage construction projects during the complete life cycle of projects for example master planning feasibility permitting civil works and main infrastructure needs contracting and construction management and supervision.
- Study the project thoroughly to plan the deliverables and estimate costs.
- Review the schedules of all contractors and manage the full and updated construction site schedule.
- Oversee all activities on and off the project site ensuring compliance with construction and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily progress of the work.
- Ensure safe working conditions on the construction site.
- Prepare internal and external progress reports.
- Anticipate potential issues and resolve them.
- Manage CDM Regulations
- Ensure that construction quality standards are met and that the correct building techniques are applied.
- Notions in civil works building utilities scheduling and process.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering mechanical engineer process engineer or a related field.
- Experience: at least 5 years as senior project engineer
- Experience in Construction management projects.
- Knowledge and experience in CDM regulations.
- Knowledge of project management systems and tools (e.g. MS Office MS Project).
- Languages: English
- Availability for travel in national and international based on the project requirements
- Drivers license.
