Job Description
Hampstead NW3 London
We are seeking an experienced permanent chef for a household in Hampstead NW3 London.
The chef will be preparing the Principal s daily meals such as breakfast snacks lunch and dinner for weekdays and from time to time something in advance for weekend.
The chef will have to define the menu and prepare ad hoc requested meals also he/ she will have to take care of food shopping and food storage . Experience with finding high quality ingredients organic definitions etc. He/ she will focus on Mediterranean cuisine in particular Italian. Experience also with other healthy cuisines such as Japanese or Nordic. He/ she has to be experienced in nutrition meals for athletes healthy eating etc.
The meals will have to be prepared so the Principal can have them alone at home or bring to office or have following day ie no need for someone to cook while he is at home/ no need for meals service either.
Ideally you will be working after lunch onwards so that you do not overlap with the housekeeper.
Travelling with the client is not required.
The role is live out.
Days and Hours: MonFri ideally working in the kitchen after lunch onwards but can be flexible
Requirements
1. Mediterranean cuisine experience especially Italian
2. Healthy and athlete cooking experience
3. Ideally experienced in nutrition and meals for athletes etc
Benefits
Salary: approx 60k 70k gross per annum depending on experience
