Ideally, you will have Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery Have at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams Have at least 1 years' experience of Multi-Site Support / Management Excellent knowledge of nursery manager, finances, recruitment, occupancy, marketings and Ofsted Inspections Experience of Care Inspections, Internal and external audits Can inspire, energise and support others Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations A firm knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and requirements Clean Driving Licence
