About the Role:

As a Business Development Consultant you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role is ideal for a proactive selfmotivated professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is excited by the challenge of driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through research networking and targeted outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs to offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform your approach and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and presentations showcasing the value of our services and aligning with client objectives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in a business development sales or account management role ideally within the construction industry
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
