Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are a global boutique firm providing bespoke search services as well as strategic human capital consulting solutions to a variety of client organisations. With offices in the United Kingdom the United States and China (Hong Kong Shenzhen and Ganzhou) ELP partners with a broad range of clients including multinational corporations and local companies specialising in the Innovation and technology telecommunications Biotech Consume Electronics Financial Banking and Investment industries.
We are a dedicated team of professionals with complementing experience and skills aim to build bridges across cultures by providing market entry and team building strategies for new entrants. We strive to ensure that each candidate can achieve their potential and ultimate career goals maintain a comprehensive database of candidates which contributes to our successful completion record.
We are currently looking for a hardworking and selfdriven individual (graduate or experienced professional) to join our London team as a Trainee/Experienced Recruitment Consultant. You will start with an initial training period and learn about a wide variety of sectors. You will be expected to work with senior consultant colleagues assisting in the acquisition of uptodate information about the candidates clients and target clients from various sources. You will also be responsible for producing a longlist of candidates and working with consultants to reduce that to a shortlist by approaching potential candidates assessing their experience credentials and gaining a greater understanding of their motivations.

Location flexible ideally in London or European countries
