Job Description

We are looking for as soon as possible an ambitious and energetic Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Luware Recordingin London City.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales proposals ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards
  • Serve as the primary contact for existing customers with upselling potential fostering strong relationships
  • Develop tailored solution offerings for our Luware Recording Communication Compliance offering
  • Oversee the renewal process to maintain high levels of customer retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to align strategies and optimize sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update sales records and customer information in the Salesforce CRM system
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations including processing orders and preparing sales reports
  • Handle 3rd party license orders upsells and overages

Your skills:

  • Relevant experience in Sales Operations within the IT industry mandatory
  • Focus on offer preparation upselling and managing renewals
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping an eye on quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customercentric approach
  • Selfmotivated with a collaborative teamoriented mindset
  • Proficient in guiding the sales process and supporting customers through to contract signing
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) to manage sales activities and track performance
