- Residential conveyancing
- Commercial conveyancing
- Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions.
- Raising enquiries answering sales information
- Liaising with buyers and sellers.
- Organising finance
- Negotiating with clients ranging from High Net worth individuals to business and commercial lenders.
- There is a wide and varied requirement list and experience of both residential and commercial property is preferred.
