Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our production operations. In this role you will:

- Manage daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Enforce safety standards to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Train and mentor production staff to elevate skills and support professional growth.
- Oversee equipment functionality and conduct basic troubleshooting when necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain a clean safe and compliant production environment.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline production processes and address operational challenges.
- Keep accurate records of production metrics including output rates and waste reduction.
Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience within a glass production or related manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude related to glass processing equipment (preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to support effective team collaboration.
- Proactive problemsolving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
