Female Complex Support Worker Hainford Norfolk

Earn 15.00 18.30 per hour with excellent benefits and support in a rewarding personcentred care role

Role Overview:

In this role you will join a supportive nurseled care team to provide personalised assistance to our client in a warm and welcoming family home. If you re caring reliable and eager to make a positive impact this role offers the opportunity to support our client with dedicated and meticulous care.

The role can be offered as one fulltime role for 36 hours or two parttime roles for 18 hours. Shifts will be offered on a rota basis and hours will be offered between 07:30 and 19:30. You should be flexible with your working days and happy to include weekend hours if needed as part of your shifts.



About the Client:

Our client is a young adult with a cheeky sense of humour. He loves music crafts animals and playing with sensory toys. Though smaller than average for his age he is intellectually curious and enjoys lively interactions with his surroundings. Working as part of his nurseled support team you ll provide attentive care in his comfortable bespoke accommodation ensuring he feels safe happy and fulfilled. His family seeks a professional friendly and detailoriented support worker who is upbeat and ready to work within a warm collaborative team. While no driving is required a personal vehicle is necessary due to limited public transport and they prefer a female nonsmoking support worker who feels at ease around the family s two dogs. We provide full training and shadowing shifts to ensure you are fully confident in his care needs focusing on finding the right person over prior experience in complex care.

Training Provided:

All training to meet CQC standards is provided and includes Safeguarding Health and Safety First Aid Food Hygiene Moving and Handling Pressure Area Care Complex Care inc Nebuliser Catheterisation Cough Assist/The Vest System Oxygen Therapy Medication via PEG Gastrostomy Epilepsy Oliver McGown Learning Disabilities Tacpac Training



Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by HomeCareDirect)
  • You must be comfortable around dogs with no allergies
  • Females are preferred
  • Access to own vehicle due to location is preferred
  • Commitment to company policies and confidentiality treating the client with dignity and respect
