About the position we are looking for:
The Pikolinos Group is looking for a Store Manager to join our Brussels shop.
As Store Manager of a Pikolinos shop your main mission will be to plan coordinate and manage the daily activities of the shop in addition to leading the sales team.
To achieve this these will be your main responsibilities:
Manage the sales area autonomously.
Selecting coordinating encouraging and training the team of sales assistants.
Carrying out followups to ensure compliance with the objectives set in terms of sales figures pricing policies profitability direct expenses stock reliability etc.
Ensure customer satisfaction by complying with the procedures established by the customer service company.
To guarantee compliance with the policies set by the head office in terms of product and merchandising.
Propose communication campaigns in their area.

Experience managing a sales area.
Ability to lead a work team and guide it towards the achievement of the kpis.
Imprescindible high level of English and high level of Spanish is an asset.
