Job Description
BioLamina and its Supply Chain department are in an exciting growth phase and are now seeking a Logistics Coordinator. In this role you will follow established routines while proactively identifying improvements. Some of the key responsibilities include managing stock levels ensuring accuracy in our warehouses and maintaining organization in picking packing and storage areas. You will also oversee the receipt and transfer of materials for production and R&D and facilitate deliveries between our Stockholm sites.

The role will be primarily based in Sundbyberg with occasional work in Flemingsberg. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams at both locations to achieve our shared goals.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow established routines and processes in accordance with standard operating procedures while also proactively identifying and driving improvements where needed.
- Participate in development projects within your area of responsibility.
- Manage stock levels of intermediates production materials and finished products.
- Ensure the accuracy of recorded stock levels across all warehouses.
- Maintain organization in the picking packing and materials storage areas.
- Receive finished products from production and transfer them from quarantine upon release.
- Handle the receipt of materials for production and R&D updating stock information performing reception control and managing batch inventories.
- Oversee internal goods movements both within the warehouse and across BioLamina departments.
- Facilitate the delivery of production materials and intermediates between BioLamina sites across Stockholm.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently.
- Serve as a backup for Logistics Operator colleagues when needed.
- Manage the transfer of starting materials into production suites as requested by the production team.
Education and requirements:
- A degree in Logistics Service Management or a related field and/or a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office with a preference for SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
