Job Description
Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Leading and organizing team activities being on top of project delivery delegating work and managing capacity
- Assess the technical feasibility of business ideas.
- Be the primary point of contact for the client and the delivery team
- Evaluate and develop solutions for scalability performance and efficiency.
- Seek out and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Design and implement solutions together with your team and provide demonstrations to clients
- Be aware of and make use of Roboyo s architectural principles models patterns and perspective in order to develop solutions independently for our clients.
- Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability reliability and adaptability
- Liaise with client technical and business teams as needed during the design implementation testing and release phases
- Supervise mentor and develop other employees on application and implementation methodologies
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in yourself and the team in order to aid the continual improvement of our delivery services
- Proactively seek out opportunities to crosssell other product lines/services and account expansion e.g. Automation and LEAN Advisory Automation Engineering (RPA IDP Conversational AI BPM) Process & Task Mining Managed Services or Converge)
- Continual improvement of service to our Clients ensuring the required impact is met.
Requirements
- University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science Business & Information Systems Engineering or related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in hand s on application development in Mendix and applicationlevel architecting designing and development activities with a good understanding of Appian/Mendix architectural principles models patterns and perspective in order to develop solutions independently
- Experience in programming IT solutions preferably with .NET C# VBA or Java
- Appian Lead Developer / Mendix Expert Credential is a big plus
- Experience with other automation technologies (RPA IDP Conversational AI etc.) is of great advantage
- Experience in JavaScript jQuery Typescript and REACT is preferable
- Experience in Service Design Methodology UX/CX principles and Product Owner role is advantageous
- Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships
- Understanding company processes with experience in process consulting is advantageous
- Willingness and ability to travel to client site
- Fluent in English
- Have or meet UK Enhanced Security checks is a plus

University degree (B.S. or M.S) or equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field 0 - 3 years' experience programming IT solutions, preferably .NET, C#, VBA or Java Understanding of customers' processes, with experience in process consulting being advantageous Experience with automation technologies (RPA/Blue Prism/ Automation Anywhere/ UiPath/ etc.) would be a strong advantage Native French, Business fluency in English. Any additional language skills are a plus. Willingness and ability to travel to client site when needed
