Job Description

We are seeking a HR Advisor for our Education client based in Hereford to work on. permanent basis either part time or full time paying between 30000 to 32500 Great benefits pro rata depending on experience.



This role allows hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following

  • Schools experience
  • Employee Relations cases (ER)
  • Report writing
  • HR Policies
  • HR Casework disciplinary grievance sickness absences management TUPE
  • CIPD Qualified
