Role Summary
As our Home Instead Hammersmith & Chiswick Networker you will harness your networking skills and altruistic nature to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals charities and others in the care community. This role is pivotal in enhancing our visibility and reputation within the healthcare sector ultimately contributing to the quality of care we provide to those in need. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to reshaping the landscape of ageing and caregiving driven by our philosophy of empowerment and respect for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of referral providers in the healthcare and social care sectors.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners coordinating meetings and presentations to promote our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our mission and values.
- Monitor and report on networking activities providing feedback on strategies that enhance our outreach efforts.
- Foster ongoing relationships with existing referral partners to ensure continuous engagement and collaboration.
- Organise and participate in events that promote our services and strengthen community ties.
Essential
- Proven experience in business development particularly in building referral networks within the healthcare or social care sector.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Handson experience with social media marketing and digital outreach campaigns.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing the quality of their lives.
- Demonstrated longterm commitment in previous roles ideally holding each position for a minimum of 2 years
- Candidates must be based within a onehour commute of West London to support regular inperson collaboration
Desirable
- Experience in marketing or promotional roles within the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the healthcare and social care sectors.
