Job Description

What you will do for Sectona as Sales Operations Executive:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with sales organization to drive deal bookings including being a onetouch resource for field sales responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance legal order management etc.)
Assist field sales teams in managing & preparing response to proposals for customers across the globe. Collaborate & work with Customer Success Revenue Teams Finance and Marketing teams to gather required documentation.
Run data analytics and partner with the Sales leaders to assess the total addressable commercial market product need to buy and optimize territory coverage. Manage account operations in Salesforce on an ongoing basis.
Facilitate tracking of documentation required for proposal as per internal compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with impacted parties to generate acceptable documents to facilitate response to proposal and deal closure.
Responsible for adherence to and compliance with policy and procedures related to revenue management.
Excellent customer service taking charge to meet deadlines by communicating with crossfunctional partners through email phone meetings or any other method to deliver ontime.
Create and document sales processes and tool policies to drive standardization and increase adoption.
Assist with operational deployment of sales process and initiatives.
Create & leverage Salesforce dashboards to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

Skills you require:
Any Bachelor s degree (B. Com / BBA) is preferred.
12 years of work experience ideal in sales support or operations.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM data analytics and planning tools with handson experience in business analysis data analytics and statistical modelling.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in crossfunctional and international teams
Proficiency in MS Office tool (Word Excel and PowerPoint.)
Salesforce experience and/or certification is good to have
