- Administer and manage server hardware and software infrastructure ensuring smooth operation and scalability.
- Implement and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery plans ensuring data security and business continuity.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to staff diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate improvements into the existing infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of handson experience in server and network administration.
- Proficient in managing server virtualization systems such as Nutanix AHV VMware and HyperV.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure services including Active Directory (AD) DNS and DHCP.
- Indepth knowledge of network management and security tools including Firewalls and cyber threat protection.
- Ability to secure and maintain robust server and network defenses against cyber threats.
- Relevant certifications from recognized international vendors (e.g. VMware Cisco or Microsoft) are highly preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
