Care Practitioner (Days). St Helens Hall Care Home
- Hourly Rate: £11.49 per hour
- Contract: 38.5 hours per week 3 on 3 off rota
- Shifts: 8am 8pm

Responsibilities as a Care Practitioner:
- Participate in required training to advance your skills
- Support residents with personal care daily routines and engagement in activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Promote enriched fulfilling lifestyles tailored to residents’ interests preferences and abilities
- Uphold high standards of care within the home environment
- Collaborate within a flexible team to meet our residents’ diverse needs
