CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products dedicated to helping small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. Were looking for a superstar Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our MK based Operations team!
The Customer Loyalty Specialist will provide day to day support directly to our customers by creating a positive customer experience and resolving customer complaints as they arise while following strict FCA guidelines.
You will be a key part of our retention strategy providing key insight and data to senior managers while also helping to mitigate customers cancelling by providing a first class customer experience.

Requirements
- Taking inbound / making outbound calls to customers with complaints
- Taking inbound / making outbound calls to customers who are looking to cancel
- Liaising with our partner companies / internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Building positive relationships with customers and internal members of staff
- Resolving complaints whilst adhering to FCA guidelines
- Providing clear and concise final resolution communications
- Maintain clear and comprehensive notes within our CRM
- Provide reporting based on activity and trends

Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role) 1. Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop 2. Proven experience in a sales role, in a field sales and B2B sales capacity. 3. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn t perfect, but we re working hard to get there. Skills/Qualifications (The personal capabilities needed to excel in this role) 1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule. 2. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. 5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory. 6. Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus
