Job Description

Heres what youll be doing:
Pizza Base Hosting
- Ensure that the office space represents a Pilgrims; welcoming clean tidy and safe.
- Keep the hospitality feel in Pizza Base meeting rooms ensuring they are set up for each meeting and cleared afterwards.
- Organisation of meeting room bookings.
- Support the planning of Pizza Base Huddles engagement surveys trips events and parties.
- Manage all new Pizza Base team equipment. Including completing onboarding and offboarding checklists such as laptops & email addresses.
- Book travel for company engagement events.
- Manage administration of the Pizza Perks for all staff.
- Enrol and support all new starters to Workplace (communications platform).
- Manage the Knowledge Library documents to ensure all information stored online is relevant and up to date.
- Engage with teams off work (sickness maternity etc) to ensure they still feel connected with business updates.
- Share Maternity & Paternity information packs with mum & dads to be.
- Maintain a 100% compliance with GDPR regulations.
People Reporting & Analysis
- Build monthly people team reports analysing trends and writing commentary.
- Collate monthly industry reports (Pineapple) to track how we are performing compared to the industry.
- Input weekly people data required by members of the People & L&D team.
- Build market comparison research to analyse what our competitors are offering their teams.
- Look for trends in people data relating to pay turnover sickness and holidays.
People Compliance
- You will ensure that anyone that leaves Pizza Pilgrims leaves with their correct payments and ensuring pizzerias are following the correct leaver processes.
- Ensure that we comply with GDPR and payroll legislation at all times.
- Ensure that every new starter is entered onto Payroll correctly with the relevant documents in place access to relevant systems has been issued to ensure a warm introduction to Pizza Pilgrims.
- You will be the point of contact for any pension questions.
- Ensure that job role changes are correct in Rota Ready and relevant contractual paperwork is complete
- Audit companywide holiday usages reporting on any trends.

Salary: up to 31000 plus 10% performance related bonus
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays
Location: Were located perfectlyin the middle of Carnaby Street (London). Optional 1 day a week working from home.
