Job Description

Bank Care Practitioner (Days and Nights). Telford Hall Care Home

  • £11.51 per hour
  • 7am7pm day shifts or 7pm7am night shifts available

Our beautiful 66bedded home located in the vibrant Lawley community provides a modern and supportive environment for both staff and residents. With toptier facilities like a salon garden rooms tranquil lounges cinema and tea room we create a dynamic setting that encourages a high standard of living and working.

Our dedicated team led by experienced management is passionate about providing specialist nursing palliative and dementia care. We foster a personcentered approach helping our residents achieve personal goals and lead meaningful enriched lives. As a Bank Care Practitioner your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care hygiene meals and daily activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives
  • Maintaining the highest standards of care professionalism and attention to detail within the home
  • Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.
