Job Description
Are you a passionate and driven Civils Supervisor looking for a challenging and rewarding role Comex 2000 is seeking a talented individual to join our PIA Infills team in the West Midlands.
As a Civils Supervisor youll play a pivotal role in overseeing all field activities and ensuring our projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency. Youll work closely with contractors to optimize project timelines and budgets while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive project performance by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
- Financial Management: Track project costs and profitability ensuring we deliver projects efficiently.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment motivating your team to excel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Environmental Stewardship: Minimise the environmental impact of our projects.
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in civil engineering
- NRSWA Level 10 (preferred)
- EUSR SMSTS or SSSTS certifications
