Role overview
ParkBee is entering an exciting new phase of growth and seeks a proactive and handson Operations Manager. As our Operations Manager youll be working right in the heart of ParkBee Services. The hundreds of property owners and thousands of loyal clients prove the value of our contribution. For our next growth phase we will connect with even more property owners and parking spaces on our platform while continuing to optimise our existing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Get parking spaces ready for launch! You are the goto person for everything (technical implementation plans signage and budget control) and you work with internal teams and technical partners to get it done in time;
- Creating and implementing propertylevel business plans focused on improving performance and preventing structural issues;
- Management of a large number of propertyspecific revenue initiatives to drive performance;
- Collaborate with sales marketing and customer support teams in delivery of these initiatives;
- Report on performance of assets;
- Regularly visit and manage the ParkBee car parks to ensure an outstanding user experience and make sure they are compliant;
- Collaborate with our tech team to ensure an optimal rollout of products and features in our car parks;
- Ensure smooth process from onboarding launching technical implementation plans client satisfaction etc.
- use datadriven insights to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- A selfstarter who is proactive handson curious and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an operations management position or project management with a commercial mindset;
- Capability of naturally leading projects in the right direction overseeing the daytoday operations managing stakeholders and setting the right priorities (big vs. smaller issues);
- Affinity for technology and a great eye for detail and data accuracy;
- Ability to communicate across functions and seniority; strong team player;
- Fluency in Dutch and English both verbally and in writing;
- Licensed to drive a car;travel to our locations and regular visits to locations abroad are part of the job;
- Adaptable and able to work in a fastchanging environment you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scaleup.
