We are hiring Senior Business Analyst Savings for our client based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Analysis: Analyze existing Savings and Payments products and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product Managers Operations IT) to gather document and prioritize business requirements for retail banking products.
- Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps user stories and use cases to guide the development and enhancement of Savings and Payments products.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and ensure our products remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams including IT Compliance and Marketing to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet the business requirements and quality standards before deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements process flows and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within retail banking operations and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our products.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry with a strong focus on retail banking products.
- Proven experience in Savings and Payments products is essential.
- Experience working on product implementation or enhancement projects within a retail banking environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques including process modeling requirements gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with retail banking systems and platforms especially those related to Savings and Payments.
- Product Knowledge: Indepth understanding of retail banking products with a particular focus on Savings accounts payment systems and related financial services.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in crossfunctional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
