Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Verona MS. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of forklift driving experience and be capable of handling warehouse operations including loading unloading and transporting materials efficiently and safely. This role requires flexibility in working some overtime and the ability to crosstrain in other areas when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load unload and move products or materials in a warehouse environment.
- Perform scanning functions to track inventory and shipments accurately.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the proper handling of materials.
- Get on and off the forklift multiple times per day as required.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in other warehouse operations when needed.
- Crosstrain in other departments to provide support where necessary.
- Maintain forklift equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience: 23 years preferred.
- Scanning and inventory tracking experience.
- Flexibility to work odd hours or overtime when required.
- Ability to get on and off the forklift multiple times daily.
- Willingness to crosstrain and assist in other areas of the warehouse.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Education
Requirements: Forklift experience ( would prefer 2-3 years experience) Scanning and scanning function experience Flexible in some odd/overtime hours The ability to get on and off forklift numerous times daily. To be able to cross train in other areas to fill in when needed.
