Job Description
Join our global manufacturing team as a Process Technician supporting highquality production for healthcare automotive and industrial OEMs. In this role you will maintain optimize and troubleshoot plastic injection molding processes to ensure efficiency precision and compliance.
Shifts Available
Enjoy a consistent schedule with 12hour shifts on a rotating basis working 3 days one week and 4 days the next. This schedule provides 8 hours of overtime paid at 1.5x.
- A Shift: Sun Tues every other Wed 6AM 6PM
- B Shift: Sun Tues every other Wed 6PM 6AM
- C Shift: Thurs Sat every other Wed 6AM 6PM
- D Shift: Thurs Sat every other Wed 6PM 6AM
Key Responsibilities
- Set up start and maintain molding machines to ensure smooth production
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GMP standards
- Implement and maintain 5S practices and process audits
- Perform mold setups pulls and inprocess maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor and optimize cycle times and production efficiency
- Manage material handling and track s for process improvements
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding
- Proficiency in QAR/CP and Process Binder procedures
- Strong technical and problemsolving skills
- Experience with 5S practices and audits
- Ability to work 12hour shifts (rotating schedule with builtin overtime)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
