Job Description
The PROTON project focuses on developing a frontend for a simulation tool that models rail traffic in Germany including construction sites and disruptions. The team employs agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize planning through big data analytics and simulation techniques.
Services Required:
- Development of a singlepage application (SPA) using Angular HTML5 and TypeScript.
- Integration of web services with the SPA client.
- Creation of views for configuration monitoring and representation of simulation results.
- Implementation of automated quality assurance measures (unit tests automated component tests).
- Documentation of the development process using a designated platform.
Project Details:
- Location: Primarily Frankfurt am Main Germany with opportunities for remote work.
- Service Provision: The contractor will work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary Agile team receiving tasks as prioritized backlog items.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 projects with a duration greater than 6 months.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development particularly in frontend technologies.
- Skills:
- Expert knowledge in Angular (2) HTML5 TypeScript CSS and RxJS.
- Experience with AG Grid and Kendo UI for data representation.
- Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of connecting interfaces via GraphQL and authentication mechanisms like OpenID.
- Proficiency in tools for graphical data representation (e.g. D3 Plotly).
