Product Quality Assurance Manager
Overview:
As a Product Quality Assurance Manager /Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving quality issues. Your expertise will help drive improvements ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze statistical data and market reports to identify quality issues.
- Investigate and implement containment solutions to mitigate market problems.
- Develop and execute solutions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Communicate ongoing issues to the service market and lead crossfunctional quality initiatives.
