EYFS Responsibilities:
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback and setting achievable targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings professional development workshops and school events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
