EYFS Responsibilities:

  • Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback and setting achievable targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and positive relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings professional development workshops and school events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
