As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the commercial activities for Saudi Arabia. This role will develop a sales strategy with current customers and new customer acquisition to execute on Hempels strategic initiatives within the Infrastructure segment.

Here are some key responsibilities to look forward to
Lead development of sales strategies.
Review and monitor sales performance periodically and refine sales strategies as required.
Lead field sales team to exceed sales plans and achieve sales goals.
Implement pricing / profitability strategies to assure success while maintaining company profitability.
Prepare rolling forecast plan and monitor monthly targets.
Implement Transform the way we sell activities including customer classification.
Ensure compliance of all Hempels procedures and policies.
Represent and protect the interests of the local legal entities under the area of scope.
Lead guide mentor evaluate and develop a team to ensure that the area achieves its business objectives and aligns with all relevant regulations and laws.
Work cross functionally to define an effective sales vision and plan.
The role will be based in Jeddah (KSA) and will report to the Director Infrastructure Sales Middle East.
Furthermore we expect that you have
Bachelor degree with a strong preference for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters or equivalent experience related program
Proven experience in similar tasks or as Manager in a Sales Marketing department or Technical support
People management responsibility and experience of at least 3 years.
Bilingual in English and Arabic
Quality oriented with experience of working to quality standards
Ability to work under high pressure environments to meet daring results
Organised and capable of meeting deadlines
Flexible and adaptable demeanor open to change
Proficient in ERP system MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint) CRM Software
Strong communication skills working cross functionally and across different levels in the organization
Proactive Creative and Innovative attitude
Strong collaborative skills working cross functionally and in a global environment
