Engineer - Water

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Engineer specializing in waterrelated infrastructure projects to join our team in Doha Qatar. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and developing water supply firefighting wastewater and irrigation systems for various projects.

• Undertake design and modelling works for water supply firefighting wastewater and irrigation infrastructure projects.
• Prepare reports and design documentation for water supply firefighting wastewater and irrigation infrastructure projects.
• Undertake Modeling for the wet services with different kinds of modelling software and strive for modelling excellence.
• Ability to validate the modelling output with engineering calculations.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of infrastructure design works for projects to AECOM Clients within the required allocated budgets.
• Exposure to different software such as InfoWorks ICM InfoWorks WS WaterGEM SewerGEM Civil3D Navisworks AutoCAD etc.
• Coordination with authorities for design and NOC approvals.
• Understanding of Qatar and KSA design guideline and authorities requirements
• Should be capable to coordinate with CAD Technicians and provide design input.
• Attend progress meetings internally and externally and support senior engineers with recording and tracking of actions.
• Support graduate engineers in their technical development.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a design consultancy in water engineering projects with a focus on water supply firefighting wastewater and irrigation systems.
• Professional recognition or working towards it.
