Global Solution Strategy: Ensure the solution is designed built and delivered according to master specifications while meeting business expectations for performance cost and compliance.
User Adoption & Training: Lead the adoption of the solution across regions securing training materials and ensuring a consistent user experience globally.
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in server hosting services with a focus on stability availability development and documentation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with IT Services regions and internal stakeholders to optimize services resolve delivery issues and track project progress aligned with the hosting roadmap.
CustomerCentric Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to propose longterm solution strategies and enhancements.
Vendor & Financial Oversight: Manage partner performance service levels and financials ensuring transparency and compliance.
Change & Risk Management: Oversee change management processes and assist in risk mitigation efforts including escalations and dispute resolution.
Requirements
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Server OS systems (primarily Windows some Linux) and server hosting across various platforms (onprem private data centers Azure Cloud). Familiarity with networking and Active Directory is a plus.
Experience in Cloud: Cloud experience particularly with Azure is highly desirable.
Strong Communication & Leadership: Able to manage stakeholders and vendors communicate complex solutions clearly and lead crossfunctional teams.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis tools like PowerBI. Strong security and risk management focus.
EndUser & Business Focus: Passionate about creating solutions that align with business objectives and deliver value to end users.
