We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire an Intermediary Support Senior Associate to join the support function of their market leading Investment and Pension platform.
Role Duties include:
- Ensuring Brokers requirements are understood and met in terms of turnaround and accuracy
- Managing the opening of new accounts and account queries
- Actively seeking to add value to processes by introducing improvements based upon feedback
- Involvement in team projects. Will take a lead role in business development projects
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of pension and investment and extensive product knowledge
Requirements
- Degree level in a Business/Finance related area
- QFA essential and CFP qualification desirable
- A positive attitude strong work ethic flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service focused with a record of providing excellent customer service
