Lead the coordination of order fulfillment delivery operations and inventory returns & quality management for our premium fashion accessories ecommerce business ensuring high delivery success rates and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Manage endtoend logistics operations including order processing packaging and delivery coordination
Maintain high paymentondelivery success rate through effective coordination with delivery partners and customers
Oversee inventory returns and quality management across multiple product categories (shoes watches handbags luggage)
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products
Maintain accurate inventory records for returns and repairs and conduct regular audits
Manage relationships with delivery partners and courier services
Implement and maintain quality control processes
Generate regular reports on logistics KPIs and performance metrics
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field
3 years experience in ecommerce logistics or related field
Proven track record of managing successful delivery operations
Strong understanding of inventory management systems
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
