Responsibilities:
Coordinating activities with internal departments and external consultants as directed by PMO Management staff. Activities will include but are not limited to:
Provide support to PMO Managers in the assembly and editing of reports and presentations.
Provide support for Regulatory submission including creation of templates data analysis and presentation amalgamation of materials.
Calendar and meeting management including support for Stage Gate coordination.
Expense and authorization support.
SAP and payroll support.
Resource management support for managers (50 employees hiring termination changes moves. etc). Administrative support and management for Contracting resources (currently 10).
Provide support for the coding and administration of invoices processing accruals and serve as primary point of contact for the accounting department or other inquires.
Provide support to the team on time sheet entry PCard processing.
Assist in organizing logistics relative to travel (vehicle rental and accommodation).
Other general administrative support duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum high school education.
Minimum of three years administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to be a strong team player.
Experienced in managing assembly and editing of large documents.
Effective organizational and time management and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong SAP knowledge and experience
Ability to occasionally work additional or flexible hours.
Proven track record of punctuality good attendance and performance.
