MEP Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Your Role:

• Lead a team of MEP engineers and technical specialists to deliver large building and infrastructure projects.
• Actively participate in the development of the delivery team ensuring highquality outcomes for AECOM and our clients.
• Provide key liaison between clients and AECOM maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure successful project completion within budget and on time.
• Plan and schedule project activities in coordination with the Planning Engineer.
• Support bidding opportunities and lead technical teams from feasibility through to handover.
• Act as the main point of contact for MEP with design teams.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
• Lead and support AECOMs Net Zero Carbon strategy.

Qualifications :

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in delivering projects from concept design to completion.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering and collaboration on multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with design teams nationally and internationally.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Management and marketing skills.
• Relevant experience in Building Services design including specification writing and developing designs from first principles.
• Proactive and able to make decisions independently.
