Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to work on building projects that can change the world projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last
If so we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Basingstoke to work on projects across a variety of sectors.
The AECOM Basingstoke PM and CM teams play a critical role in the conceptualisation and creation of amazing spaces delivering projects and buildings that define the region skylines and communities.
We are friendly busy and motivated with an established track record of successfully delivering projects.
Responsibilities:
As the successful applicant you will carry out but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities.
- Manages one or more very complex project involving a combination of the following: Clients with a national geographic footprint; or Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; or other complexities such as projects that involve litigation environmental protection due diligence etc.
- Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
- Manages other Project Managers.

Heres what were looking for:
As the successful applicant you will have the following experience and qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive)
- Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
- Robust Stakeholder Management process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Qualification ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Masters Degree
- Chartered Status with the RICS CIOB RIBA ICE or other equivalent institution
- APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
- Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential
