Job Description
At Lucky Punch we are looking for Popup Hosts in Berlin and Copenhagen to enter new markets be the first point of contact for clients and set the tone for their entire experience at our new popup studios
Tasks
- Contribute to smooth operations of the popup studio
- Ensure customer happiness
- Coordinating with coaches and instructors and ensuring classes run on schedule
- Be active involved sales marketing and SoMe
- Support the business development and strategy execution of Lucky Punch in the country
Requirements
- Experience interacting with clients
- Able to deliver great customer service in written form
- Able to communicate professionally & efficiently
- Contribute to smooth operations of the studio
- Experience keeping larger spaces clean and organized
- Experience working in a team in a fastpaced environment
- Basic experience working with software tools (email excel etc.)
- Experience managing schedules of smaller teams
- Comfortable working under pressure and familiar with service activities
- Support sales
- Experience servicing customers at a smaller bar/restaurant/coffee shop
- Great communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Ability to be paid on an hourly basis (circa 1216 hours per week)
- Valid permit to work in the respective country
- Cleanliness is very important to you and you care a lot about order
- You have a service mentality and a warm and friendly demeanor
- Youre known among your friends for caring about the small details
