Supervisor Project Execution
Location: Gurgaon1 AndPune1
Dynamic individual responsible for Site supervision and understanding the drawings and executing the same on
site in predefined timelines with the best of quality and finishes. Able to take download from the design team
understanding drawings and executing the project as per drawings. Coordinating with various contractor agencies to
complete the project in the most economical budget with the best quality and finishes and in predefined timelines
Experience : Overall 34 years experience in project execution in the filed of home and commercial interiors and
client relationships. 23 years experience in Home Or Commercial Interiors. Indepth understanding of Working
Drawings execution and coordination in the filed of home and commercials interiors.
Responsibility deliverable:
o Quality and time conscious. Depth knowledge of each activity. Deliver the project with high quality.
o Able to control the wastage and manage labor at the site.
o Able to read the drawings.
o Able to understand the requirement of project/Client deliverables. Deliver the project as per client
satisfaction.
o Make MOM when client visit site in absence of designer or team lead.
o Maintain site register for material in & out labor attendance.
o Following up with vendors & contractors to maintain nonstop work process.
o Preparing & estimating requirement list for purchase team in prior to the requirement at site.

Knowledge
1. Microsoft Word/Google Doc MS Excel/Google Sheets
2. Knowledge of finishes fixing details.
