We are seeking a detailoriented and innovative Technical Director to join our dynamic team in Bukit Damansara Malaysia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving technical excellence innovation and strategic growth across our organization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid to largescale projects.
- Establishes and maintains technical client relationships contributing significantly to business development.
- Drives the development and enhancement of technical skills within the department.
- Engages in technical business development activities.
- Delivers specialized technical guidance in studies and designs based on expertise.
- Reviews approves and signs off on project work.
- Serves as a leader in one or more technological areas.
- Develops engineering budgets and schedules to meet the requirements of large complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for all projects and initiatives within the organization
- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline or a related technical field
- 10 years of experience in an engineering and / or technical leadership role within the industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading largescale technical projects and initiatives
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies relevant to our business
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in budget management resource allocation and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- Strong project management skills and experience with various project management methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and innovative mindset
