Responsibilities
- Establishing strong customer relationships.
- Developing proposals to win new business.
- Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document and track sales opportunities.
- Demonstrating versatility in English written and oral skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including employees managers technical and nontechnical customers and potential customers.
- Working effectively in a team setting.
- Preferably to know the GIS concepts and industry software.
- Assist Implementation Director/Management with development of team goals providing team support and with creating training documents to assist with team growth/development.
Requirements
- Four (4) or more years of successful experience as an Account Manager or in other sales/customer service role.
- Advanced knowledge of the local government entities in Kuwait market as well as the technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of industry fiscal year budgeting and procurement cycles
- Solid knowledge in sales techniques mechanism and best practices
- Solid knowledge in customers services and types and relationship management
- Basic knowledge in the ESRI key products & services
- Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals objectives and deadlines.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills. Able to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical personnel.
Education
- Degree in Business Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience may be considered.
Generic & Specific Skills:
- Shall be able to read write and speak English language freely.
