Opportunities Include:
- Part Time openings (24 hours per week):
- Every Saturday and Sunday 10:30am to 9pm
- Every Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 7pm
- Full Time opening (36 hours per week):
- Wednesdays 11am to 11:30pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 10:30pm
- Casual openings:
- Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 2:30pm to 11pm
- PRN/As needed on day and evening shifts
The CT Tech reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Positions and immobilizes patient on examining table.
- Administers contrast media oral and/or IV contrast in accordance with department policies and procedures patient history indicators exam protocols and physician orders and follows through with post exam instructions.
- Enters data such as type of scan slice thickness scan time and other technical data into computer.
- Communicates with patient before and during procedure; monitors safety comfort.
- Views images of organs or tissue on video display screen to ensure quality of pictures; produces radiographs.
- Performs CT equipment QA and maintains required logs.
- Performs clerical tasks such as receiving orders scheduling patients and recordkeeping.
- Maintains and cleans work area and equipment; replenishes supplies as needed.

Qualifications :
Required:
- ARRT
- IEMA Division of Nuclear Safety
- BLS through American Heart Association
- 2 to 3 years of undergraduate education or equivalent
Preferred:
- ARRT registry in CT or MRI
